2024 Annual Meeting

Thursday, August 22nd 2024, 5:00–8:00 PM.

Join us for a night of cameraderie and information about loons! LPC’s 2024 Annual Meeting will take place on Thursday, August 22nd from 5:00–8:00 PM and will consist of three parts:

1) 5:00–6:30 PM: Volunteer Appreciation Potluck. We want to take the opportunity to thank the hundreds of volunteers who worked hard for New Hampshire’s loons this summer! Join us for a potluck dinner, where LPC staff will be on hand to check in and thank loon volunteers from across the state. We will gather and set up at 5:00 PM, and the potluck dinner will take begin at 5:30. If you plan to attend the potluck dinner, please RSVP to volunteers@loon.org to let us know what you’ll be bringing!

2) 6:30–7:00 PM: Annual meeting and presentation of the 2024 Spirit of the Loon Award.

3) 7:00–8:00 PM: 2024 Loon Report. Following the annual meeting, LPC Senior Biologist/Executive Director, Harry Vogel, will present trends in New Hampshire’s loon population and preliminary statistics on how loons fared in the state this summer

The 2024 Annual Meeting and Loon Report will be offered virtually as well—to access the virtual presentation, join us on our YouTube channel (youtube.com/looncenter) at 6:30 PM.
