Our hatch contest focuses on LoonCam 2. Long-time volunteer Bill Puddicombe is again coordinating entries and has provided loon-themed mugs for the nearest guesses.

Hatch-time definition – The first confirmed sighting of a fully hatched chick on Cam 2, as verified by LPC

How to participate

– Submit the date hour and minute you believe the first and second chicks will appear.

– Your entry is sent directly to Bill P for recording and confirmation will be sent to you.

– Your browser then opens the LoonCam donation page

About donations

– A gift is optional; your guess is valid regardless

– Donations support the LoonCam and Loon Recover Program, which rescues and rehabilitates loons throughout New Hampshire
