In this presentation, Iain MacLeod will discuss population trends in New Hampshire bird species. Within the state, many familiar songbirds (towhees, thrashers, wood thrushes, white-throated sparrows) are vanishing, while other birds like ravens, wild turkey, and pileated woodpecker are increasing. What is driving these population changes, and are there ways to mitigate or reverse the trend? Tune in to hear the discussion at youtube.com/user/looncenter
